My name is Jan and I'm a 34-year old History and Environmental Sciences teacher in Rome, Italy.

I am passionate about all things outdoors, the environment, extreme sports and archaeology/local history.

I live in a very underrated region, Lazio, which I explore on my free days and this blog is the space in which I share my discoveries and adventures. Feel free to email me if you have any questions or suggestions.
